Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV)
Airborne Systems is supporting the NASA Johnson Space Flight Center (JSC) with the design, development, and qualification of the Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV). The CEV EDLS consists of three 116 ft modern concept ringsail main parachutes, two 23 ft mortar deployed variable porosity conical ribbon drogue parachutes and three 9.85 mortar deployed conical ribbon pilot parachutes.
