Airborne Systems understands the need to keep current with changing market requirements and customer needs. All of our facilities have invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, equipment and automation to keep pace with new materials and evolving designs to ensure on-going manufacturing precision, efficiency and control to deliver quality product every time and meet the highest industry standards.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities closely support the engineering efforts for efficient long and short runs of a wide range of parachutes and systems. The integration of engineering design and parachute systems manufacturing delivers rapid development that is of great benefit to our customers. The Airborne Systems manufacturing operations are flexible, capable of fast set-up to produce any system component. All fabric components are manufactured in house. Additional manufacturing capabilities include:

• High-density pressure packing
• Vacuum and heat setting
• Radio frequency bonding

The manufacturing process, experienced team and a demanding QA process ensures that quality product, meeting or exceeding specifications, is delivered every time. QA laboratory and test facilities are an integral part of the Airborne Systems manufacturing operations. Airborne Systems also partners with several well-known best-of-class test facilities.
